Charlene joined Smith in 2017 as a credit analyst at our European headquarters in Amsterdam. She was named Director of Credit in 2020 and relocated to our world headquarters in Houston before being named to her current role in 2023. Her ability to identify and mitigate potential business concerns helps make sure Smith continues to grow and make strategic deals with our customers.

In her free time, Charlene enjoys repainting the walls in her home at least once a year.

“I hate white walls,” said Charlene. “I love trying new colors and changing them out when they get boring.”
