Kent Pang

For Kent, working hard and working smart are just as important as working together.
“The dynamic nature of the electronics industry gives way to frequent transformations,” said Kent. “As a leader, my primary objective is to guide my team through this everchanging market landscape and effectively address the challenges that arise.”
Kent grew up in Hong Kong and graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. After joining Smith in 2000 as a purchasing
agent, he spent two years in China to help open our Shanghai office. He was named Vice President, Asia in 2017 and to his current role in 2022.
During his free time, Kent enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking and fishing, and enjoys exploring new and exceptional restaurants with friends.
