Mark’s position touches on several areas of Smith’s business. He oversees and supports Smith’s global offices and leads the company’s Marketing and Learning and Development departments. The tie that binds them together, from his perspective, is that they all tell Smith’s story.

Mark previously served as Smith’s Vice President of Marketing and, before that, helped build Smith’s business development team.
Prior to joining Smith, Mark worked with the Federal Communications Commission (1993-2000), where he managed the wireless telecommunications spectrum auction program. He received a BA magna cum laude from William Jewell College and his JD from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.
