It is with this approach that Cleat is tackling his latest goal: positioning Smith’s European sales team as leaders in the commodities market – an initiative that builds on success after success.
“Building things inspires me,” he said. “I like to see the process from start to finish, whether it is a small home project or putting together a strategy at work.”
When he is not helping to develop Smith’s European presence, Cleat enjoys working around the house and going for jogs and boat rides through canals in his village.
