Edvina Esslinger

As Vice President of Purchasing, EMEA, Edvina leads the region’s purchasing strategy, focusing on supplier engagement and long-term growth across key markets. She brings a collaborative approach and deep industry knowledge to the role, dedicating herself to developing talent and fostering an environment where team members can learn and grow. By empowering those around her, she continues to build her team members up for success across the region.

Since joining Smith in 2020, Edvina has played an integral role in strengthening our purchasing organization and advancing initiatives across Europe. She was appointed Director of Purchasing, EMEA in 2022, and named to her current role in 2026.
