Smith Wins Three Comparably Awards

The company was recognized for its leadership team, opportunities for career growth, and commitment to diversity and inclusion

Houston, TX (June 27, 2023) ­– Smith, a leading global distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, today announces that it was named to Comparably’s lists for Best CEOs for Diversity, Best Companies for Career Growth, and Best Leadership Teams, ranking #38, #58, and #59, respectively. These recognitions are based exclusively on anonymous employee feedback on the Comparably website. This is the first time Smith has been named to the lists for Best Companies for Career Growth and Best Leadership Teams. Smith previously ranked #87 on the Best CEOs for Diversity list in 2022.
