Supplier Code of Conduct
Smith is committed to upholding the highest standards of labor, human rights, environmental and ethical conduct. Smith requires its suppliers to adhere to the same level of excellence as set forth in our Code of Conduct, the RBA Code of Conduct, and as provided in the governing laws and regulations, recognized international standards and conventions and global best practices.
Responsible Sourcing Policy
Smith is committed to the responsible sourcing of minerals used in the electronic products we distribute. As a distributor of electronic and computer products, Smith is a “downstream company” as defined by the OECD, and thus we must rely on our suppliers to provide proper verification of the country of origin and source of responsible sourcing of “conflict minerals”.

Smith has established a comprehensive information security strategy to ensure our information’s privacy, security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability and to protect such information against unauthorized access, use, and dissemination.
