CSR 2021 Highlights

2021 was an unprecedented year in many ways. During the year every one of Smith's 17 global offices participated in the World of Good campaign. In each office Smith employees gave back to their local communities. Our employees participated with enthusiasm – giving time, money, donations, and more to help those in need. Watch the CSR 2021 Efforts video to learn more about the ways in which Smith is building a better tomorrow.
The Hub Leadership
Smith has a longstanding relationship with The HUB – a school in Houston for neurodiverse teenagers and young adults. Our employees frequently team up with students from The HUB for joint community service activities, including assembling care packages for children in foster care and preparing sack lunches for Houston’s homeless population. Over time, we’ve built robust mentorship and internship programs for students at The HUB to learn and practice new skills and gain experience and insight as they start applying for jobs.

Our commitment hasn’t gone unnoticed: Smith was recognized as an Outstanding Diversity Helping Hand by Houston Business Journal for our dedication to promoting and championing diversity and inclusion in the business community.
