During 2023, Smith’s global team had the opportunity to help support and enrich our local communities around the world. From Houston to Hong Kong and Amsterdam to Taipei, our employees donated, volunteered, practiced sustainability, supported urgent relief efforts, and more to make a positive difference however they could. The HUB
Smith has a longstanding relationship with The HUB—a school in Houston for neurodiverse teenagers and young adults. Our employees frequently team up with students from The HUB for joint community service activities, including assembling care packages for children in foster care and preparing sack lunches for Houston’s homeless population.
Over time, we’ve built robust mentorship and internship programs for students at The HUB to learn and practice new skills and gain experience and insight as they start applying for jobs.
