Smith is committed to the responsible sourcing of minerals used in the electronic products we distribute. Smith complies and ensures downstream compliance with the applicable export/import laws and regulations of all countries and territories within which Smith operates. As the products you purchase from Smith may be exported from or transferred in the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, and/or the EU, we expect our customers to agree to also follow all applicable end-use laws and regulations, as stipulated in our Customer Trade Compliance Commitments.
