Jessie Lam

Her dedication to taking on any challenge in the name of continuous improvement has made her one of the most reliable leaders and mentors for many traders in the APAC region. As Vice President of Trading Administration, APAC, Jessie supports the success of our people across the region by enhancing our business process framework and processes, while also assisting with daily trading activities, onboarding, and the development of Smith’s online-learning platform.

Jessie joined Smith in 1999 as a Purchasing Agent, honing her skills in a variety of roles throughout her career. She was named Director of Trader Development, APAC in 2024 before taking on her current position in 2026.

“Smith relies on the support systems we give our team members to help everyone thrive—our people and our customers,” said Jessie. “I am committed to strengthening these systems through initiatives that enhance our operational excellence, optimize internal processes, and drive our strategic growth.”

Outside of work, Jessie can be found enjoying a mindful moment of relaxation by practicing yoga.
