Smith Names Suryavikram Rajawat as Trading Manager of Its London Office

Surya will grow and develop key business opportunities from Smith’s newest location

Houston, TX (June 1, 2023) – Smith, a leading global distributor of electronic components and semiconductors, today announces the appointment of Suryavikram Rajawat to the position of Trading Manager of the company’s new office in London, United Kingdom. In this role, Surya will build Smith’s trading team in London and develop strategies to promote Smith’s growth in the United Kingdom and beyond.

Surya earned his Bachelor of Science in international business from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom in 2016. He joined Smith five years ago as an Account Manager in the company’s Bangalore office and was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager in 2020. His experience working with multinational companies across critical industries – including defense, medical, and automotive – will position Surya and his growing team for success in this new market.
