In this role, Thuy will oversee the company’s worldwide legal, compliance, and audit functions and help identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to its business operations and financial strategy.
“Over the last decade, Smith has seen exponential growth in terms of sales and global footprint, and that growth has required significant investments in our checks and balances to ensure Smith’s interests are properly protected,” said Thuy. “I am excited to step into this new role and continue to help Smith move forward.”
