Terry believes the success of a team comes from the strength of its foundation.

Like a true leader, she loves to help others and share her knowledge and experience. That, in turn, helps others to improve their abilities and strengthen the business.

 

“It’s a huge reward when I see my team successfully growing with me – not just managing people, but leading them, coaching them, training them, showing them,” Terry said.

Terry started her career at Smith in 1999 as a receptionist and worked her way up to her current role, which she has held since 2024. As Senior Vice President of Operations and Quality, APAC, she oversees the daily workflow of Smith’s Hong Kong and Singapore operational hubs and works to maximize her team members’ efficiency and productivity. Currently, Terry’s top priority is to continue providing high-quality, professional services to our customers.

When not at Smith, Terry enjoys running and cooking for her friends and family.
