Named Smith’s CEO in 2025, Nick oversees all aspects of our business and direction, facilitates future growth, and maintains our standing as a pioneer in semiconductor distribution. His emphasis on building relationships and exceptional customer service helps to ensure we can seamlessly connect businesses to the electronic components they need.

Nick joined Smith in 2020 as our Chief Financial Officer and helped underwrite our growth from USD $1.5 billion to USD $4.7 billion in annual revenue under his tenure. He also spearheaded several initiatives to improve our business processes and increase our financial flexibility, allowing Smith to better serve our customers during shortages.

Outside of Smith, Nick—a native of England—enjoys spending time outdoors with his two children and following British sports teams, though he has become more knowledgeable of American sports since living in the States.
