EcoVadis Bronze Medal

Our strategic focus on enhancing environmental efficiency within our operations, improving social stewardship across the supply chain, and developing more robust internal governance processes helped us improve Smith’s score across all key focus areas and earn a Bronze Medal rating from EcoVadis.
Our overall assessment score increased by 19 points, placing us in the 78th percentile among our industry peers, and these results provide us with a roadmap for developing our sustainability integration across our business operations.

CDP

Smith demonstrated year-over-year improvement across most areas and received an Awareness score on our assessments for climate change and water security in 2024.
Through this disclosure process, we have been able to accurately map our impacts and identify areas for growth.

Facility Upgrades

Bifacial Solar Modules

Our bifacial modules produce sustainable, efficient, and low-cost energy, while also providing ample shade for our electric-vehicle charging stations.

Electric-Vehicle Charging Stations

Employees and guests can sustainably recharge their electric vehicles at Smith’s twelve onsite stations.

Solar Thermal Water Heating System
